| Consultations Prepare For Your Appointment Getting Your Hair Braided |

Consultations
I do offer one on one consultations there is no fee for a consultation. Consultations are offered for all my services. During your consultation, you and I can
decide on the style of your preference. You should be certain about your choices because I do not give any refunds or exchanges.
Making Your Appointment
To schedule a hair appointment for service, book online anytime at www.yournaturalimage.genbook.com
Same day availability is possible on occasion, however a consultation is still required prior to most services. All services over $100 require a $50 dollar or
more (if more this will be noted on service when making appointment) non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. We accept cash, credit and debit
cards for services. We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments online in advance at www.yournaturalimage.genbook.com to ensure that
their preferred stylist or service is available. All reservations must be secured with a major credit/debit card, telephone and email address.
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect the time of our guests and stylists by providing a
minimum of 48 hours notice when rescheduling your appointments to avoid any charges being made to your credit card. Clients who cancel their
appointments less then the 48 hour notice or no shows will lose their deposit and or incur a $25 charge to their credit card for the missed appointment.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and prepare for your service. We regret that we may be unable to service clients more
than 15 minutes late out of respect for our other clients on our schedule. Out of consideration for all of our clients, we do not allow any guests waiting with
you during your service.
The removal of braids, extensions, twists, locs or detangling incurs additional time and charges. To ensure that your service is performed as expected,
please ensure that your hair is clean, combed out from root to end and in its natural state (or the state discussed during the consultation) prior to your
service. Please do not apply a chemical, press, flat iron or add excessive amount of oils/grease to your hair prior to the service. Relaxed hair can be
braided, as well as hair in its natural state. If your hair is natural, there is no need to straighten it.

Prepare for your appointment
If you are getting braids with added hair please have your hair already shampooed and condition (if getting sisterlocks do not condition oil or comb hair out)
and fully combed out. You may have oil in your hair but please don't over do it, it doesn't affect my braiding. Relaxed hair can be braided, as well as hair in
its natural state. If your hair is natural there is no need to straighten it prior to your visit for a braid service. For any other service I will shampoo and
condition hair.
Getting your hair Done.
Based on previous experience i can give you a general estimation of the time it will take to complete your style. However, every situation is different so it is
only an estimation. Sometime styles run longer and sometimes shorter than expected. For those who are having a style that takes 6 or more hours, I
recommend that you do not have your hair done the same day as the important engagements. When having your hair done, if at any point you see your
style is not going the way we agreed, please let me know as soon as you know. After your hair style is complete and you have left my premises, you are
agreeing that you are pleased with your services. If you are unsatisfied or feel there is something wrong with your service after you leave, you will be asked
to leave your hair "as is" and return so that I may assess what can be done to your hair for your satisfaction. If you decide to take your hair out for any
reason before allowing me to see your hair, a new appointment with new fees will be administered. No exceptions.
